Nouv is able to provide key official services to gaming operations set up under the LGA’s guidance. A Key Official would need to be appointed within 21 days from issue of the Letter of Intent.
The Key Official acts as the primary point of contact with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority. He has to be a resident in Malta, since he is required physically in order to assist the hosted servers of the gaming system. Indeed, the Key Official cannot be out of the country for long duration, since the LGA might request any information from the key official, so this person has to be available at any time.
